There are a lot of daily activities that take time. With careful planning you can manage that time and accomplish your goals for a week. The first step in the planning process is to take an inventory of how much time you spend on these daily activities. The next step is to set goals and decide what kinds of adjustments you can make to allow yourself plenty of time for studying.

The calculator below provides you with an easy way to assess how much time you will have to devote to your studies if you continue to spend your time as you do now. To use the calculator simply fill in all the boxes except those in the gray shaded areas and then click the appropriate buttons with the equal signs. The results of each calculation will appear in the shaded areas.

On the average, how many hours do you sleep in each 24 hour period?
